Meet Mel Heuser, owner of Coffee and Supply Co. in Eagle, Idaho. Mel and her husband Ryan have two middle schoolers and a 2nd grader, four chickens, two dogs and one barn cat. They love to garden and hike. The Heusers have been entrepreneurs and finally were able to work together when they started Coffee and Supply Co. two years ago. They have been loving connecting with the community and teaching their kids the ins and outs of a small business. Best Part of Life in Boise with Kids: The Greenbelt, local mountains, hiking trails and rivers make it easy for a family to seek adventure. The local community is growing and we are very thankful to be a part of it! We feel blessed to be able to raise our kids in the Treasure Valley.
Real life parenting "fail": It takes a village and I am so thankful for mine. Like the time I forgot it was an early dismissal at school and my friend was there to call and say "I have your daughter and will bring her home." I had completely forgotten and I was a good 45 minutes away from school. Two years later and I'm still feelin' the mom guilt.
