Please gather inside the concert hall by the stage.

  • Description: Join us for a free Family Concert at South Junior High as the Boise Phil performs “Music History Mystery Tour”. Ever wondered what it would be like to travel through music history? Well, now's your chance! Join Prof. Tutti and their trusty sidekick, Tacet, as they embark on a thrilling journey to uncover the mystery behind disappearing musical melodies. Alongside the Boise Philharmonic, they'll encounter composers and pieces both familiar and new, promising an unforgettable musical adventure for the whole family. Don't miss out on this unique collaboration with the Boise Contemporary Theater!

3) Boise Phil Youth Orchestra Winter Concert

Description: The Boise Phil Youth Orchestras provide outstanding musical training and experiences to over 175 talented young musicians throughout the Treasure Valley. All three orchestras (Symphonic, Concert, and Strings) are under the direction of Music Director Jennifer Drake. Our young musicians attend weekly rehearsals, receive professional coaching from Boise Phil orchestra musicians, and perform throughout the year in our community.


Additional Information:

  • Symphonic and Concert Orchestras are open to violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, & percussion students in 9th-12th grade by audition only. Strings Orchestra is open to 5th - 8th grade violin, viola, cello, and bass students by audition only. (Tuition scholarships are available for any student in need.)
