I'm always so caught off guard with summer camp sign ups - they seem to happen way sooner than I expect and then I miss them altogether! So here's an attempt to help get us all on our A-game as we search for Boise Area Summer Camps for our kids for Summer 2022.

Here's some opportunities that have been shared with me (in no particular order):
Goldfish Swim School: Check out Goldfish Swim School’s Summer Jump Start Clinics for ages 3-12 years old! These special clinics provide one month of progress in just one week! The clinics are a quick and easy way to get children swimming or progressing toward their next swim level…all while learning how to be safer in and around the water. What: Consecutive 30-minute swim lessons, same time, same instructor. When? June 7-10, June 14-17, June 21-24, July 12-15, July 19-22, and August 2-5 Cost? $96/Members, $121/Non-Members.
Jordan Kent's Just Kids Skills Camp: This is the first summer that this camp will be in Boise for two sessions - June 20-23 and August 1-4 at Highlands Elementary. Each camp session will offer valuable sport training offered in variety of sports ranging from football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and speed/agility training. Their mission is to help kids live the happiest and healthiest lives they can, and they’ve crafted "one of the most unique youth sport camp experiences you’ll ever find!"

BoiseBits: BoiseBits will be offering 2, 4-week summer sessions with class 1xweek and also 1-week mini camp options. This will include our run club program and our new yoga program. Both with our amazing 8 empowerment principles incorporated in the curriculum. Make-ups always offered for any classes missed due to summer travel or personal conflicts. Cost is $70. Register for both summer seasons and receive an automatic discount. Sibling discount automatically applied at checkout.
iCode Boise: We are enrolling 1-Day STEM camps tomorrow, 1-Day and weeklong Spring Break Camps, and 10 weeks of 1-Day and weeklong Summer Camps. Email Stephania.moore@icodeschool.com with questions!
Wild Beginnings Nature School: We have week long summer camps going on June-August! Ages 3-6 for 3 hour drop off as well as Caregiver and Me and Nature Babies options! Click on the link to learn more and register! Spots are filling quickly.
School of Soccer: Our Summer 2022 Camps are for ages 6-14 year olds (players will divided in age groups) and open for all levels of play.
Days: Monday – Friday

EverWild Forest School: Enjoy up to 12 weeks of exciting themed educational and adventure camps in Boise, and Nampa! Topics include survival skills, animal encounters, creativity & the arts, STEM, and more! Most camps are Mon-Thurs, 9am-2pm. Camps are split into groups of 4yrs-6yrs and 7yrs-12yrs, capped at 12 and 14 campers, respectively.
4-H: See the flyer below for details. Due to a ARPA grant this year they have the funds to scholarship up to 70 kids for our overnight camps and fill out capacity for each day camp!
Girl Scouts of Silver Sage: We have a day camp in Boise (near the Military Reserve), in McCall on the lake (Camp Alice Pittenger) and one in Swan Valley (Camp TAM). We have fun activities from hiking to white water rafting to horseback riding. Camp Echo is our Day camp here in Boise (5 years old to 6th grade). Camp Alice Pittenger is our waterfront camp (girls in 2nd grade and above). Camp TAM is our high adventure camp (because of the location and activities, we are targeting older girls.) Discovery Center: There is something for everyone this summer! Discovery Center of Idaho is offering camps for all kids between the ages of 5 and 12 this June, July and August. There will be AM and PM options available to suit all schedules. We are also offering some exciting partnerships with the Idaho Botanical Garden for our Wizarding Camps and Zoo Boise for our SUE at the Zoo camps. Cost will be $150 for members / $200 for non members for all camps except SUE at the Zoo which will cost $265. This would be a great time to become a member and save money on camps, as well as get FREE and unlimited access to SUE: The T. rex Experience, store discounts and travel benefits to 300+ science centers and museums. YMCA Summer Camps (multiple locations): Registration opened April 4th and I hear spots fill up fast. Visit the website to sort by program, age, or location.

Idaho State Museum: Camps are a great way to provide hands-on learning opportunities for your family! Have a blast with camps at the Idaho State Museum. Experience history like never before as you play, explore, and make new friends. Spring and Summer camps are offered annually at the Idaho State Museum near the heart of downtown Boise. Register for week-long camps or single-day camps online. Camp activities incorporate STEM learning and tie into K-5 learning curriculum.
Skyhawks Sports Academy: Skill-based sports experience for kids between the ages of 2 and 12. See below then check the website to learn more and register! (There are other camps that are offered throughout the Treasure Valley so check the website for more locations.)
Indie Chicas (Idaho's Premier All-Girls Soccer Club): Indie Chicas is offering a soccer camp for any young female soccer player who wants to have fun, improve her game, and play with confidence. Encore Creative Center: Encore Creative Center is Boise and Treasure Valley's premium destination for quality arts and music education. Our state-of-the-art, 4000- and 5000-square-foot facilities are conveniently located off HWY 44/HWY 55 in Eagle, Idaho and HWY 69/I-84 in South Meridian, ID. We serve learning families and creative individuals from Boise, Garden City, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Kuna, SW Boise, SE Boise, and beyond. So many summer camp options! City of Boise Parks and Recreation: I cannot stress how excited I was to see this guide and to find some really awesome options for my kids this summer - at very reasonable prices! You NEED to check this out. Spots fill quickly so don't wait!
