About:
BoiseBits is an empowerment program designed to motivate and inspire children ages 2-9. We transform traditional running relays, games, and drills into bite-sized life lessons that teach confidence, integrity and resilience. During our 8-week seasons, we pair 8 running skills with 8 empowerment principles and end each class with our mantra, "I am strong! I am powerful! I am mighty!". Our YogiBits program pairs the same 8 empowerment principles through 8 poses in a child-friendly, non-spiritual approach to learning yoga.

Fall + Winter Season Info:
8-week Fall, Winter and Spring seasons as well as two 4-week Summer sessions. Winter season starts the week of 1/9 and ends 3/5 with indoor options available for the Yogibits and YogiMoms programs.

These high energy training sessions are focused around fitness, fun, and developing individual technical skills with the ball. All of our practices are led by our creative staff coaches who's goal is to instill the love of soccer in all of our players. We will be having indoor soccer & basketball classes this winter!

Skyhawks Sports Academy provides beginner-intermediate introduction to sports with an emphasis on “Teaching Life Skills Through Sports”. These life skills include teamwork, leadership, inclusion, sportsmanship, & respect. Skyhawks serves kiddos ages 2-12 throughout the Treasure Valley.

About:
We are a recreational league and focus on keeping the sport fun and safe for kids while being convenient for busy families. We practice one time a week which is held right before the game. Our goal is to teach young players life lessons through sports.

Fall Season Info:
9/10 & 9/11 - 10/22 & 10/23, Saturday locations are Tully Park, Maple Grove Elementary School, and Trail Wind Elementary. Sunday location is Boise Valley Adventist School. We offer soccer, flag football, t-ball/baseball in the Fall season to boys and girls of all skill levels starting at age 3.
Late Fall Season: 11/5 & 11/6 - 12/17 & 12/18, We'll offer basketball for our late Fall season to boys and girls of all skill levels starting at age 4. The Saturday location is Anser Charter School and tentatively Lake Hazel Middle School. The final deadline for our leagues is typically four weeks before the program start date. The cost starts between $125-$135 about 6 months before the season starts and then every month will go up by $10. After the final deadline there is a $20 late fee.

Soccer Shots Boise's fall programs kick off the week of August 29th and run through the week of November 14th. Fall + Winter Season Info:
This Fall we have 3 different leagues for different age groups. These leagues run twice a week for an hour.
Spark K-2nd grade - Monday & Wednesday 4pm-5pm
-This league will be built on playing games, following directions and having fun. We will work on basic volleyball skills and movements with lower nets and light balls. While we will work on volleyball skills and games, we will also explore other games and athletic movements that will set them up for success as athletes in the future.
Ignition 3rd-6th grade - Monday & Wednesday 5pm-6pm
-Ignition athletes have fun playing the game on smaller courts, with lower nets, and a lighter ball. These slight changes add up to better long term learning. We use scoring and rule variations to teach principles of volleyball through small sided games, giving each player a lot of opportunities to touch the ball and work with teammates. In our gym, we use games to teach and learn, because they are both fun and realistic. The athletes move quickly from demonstrations to games, to explore the concepts we are teaching.
PLAY 7th-12th grade - Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7pm
-PLAY is an opportunity for 7-12th graders to explore the game of volleyball through a variety of fun games. The first session of each week is devoted to working on skills and smaller sided games, giving the players the opportunity to maximize their touches on the ball, their decision making, and their involvement in a role on the team. The second session of the week the group is split into teams for 6v6 and given different challenges and focuses to guide the individual and teams as they compete.
